Enigin View - Use Technology Wisely to Sell

posted by enigin in General

At Enigin we use technology in most of what we do, as most companies do across the world.

In the sales department that is an awful lt of hardware and software tools and solutions to “aid” the sales person or team - but they can be hard to get to grips with and hence can become a drain on productivity.

So for our Enigin Distributors and Enigin Partners, and anyone else reading this post, here are four rules to get the best from sales technology:

Trends that Enigin PLC will Note IV

This next trend will affect many Enigin Distributors and is a trend that underline what we do at Enigin PLC.

In reality it has already started, due to climate change, which of course can be mitigated by becoming energy efficient and using technology from Enigin PLC in the process.

Trend 4: Totally Weird Weather

Trends that Enigin PLC will Note I

By Steve Hill

Enigin PLC like to stay ahead of the game. We like to be able to see what trends will develop over the coming years.

So what will be the trends that you, me and Enigin PLC - need to heed!

This post and following posts bring four trends that I believe will shape our culture and greatly influence what people buy and how businesses must operate.

Be forewarned, though, no punches are pulled, and there will be no restraint.  So here goes…

Trend 1 - The Great Stupidification

Books your Boss Doesn’t Want you to Read IV

We have book shelves in the Enigin offices with mainly business and energy saving tomes - as you would expect for a successful energy saving business.

We know how important it is to keep in touch with the leading lights in business and particularly the energy saving and sustainability business.

But here are the final three books your boss wouldn’t like to see you reading:

Books your Boss Doesn’t Want you to Read III

At Enigin we all read books of different sorts - I like crime and legal books, whereas others prefer classics.

We see Enigin Distributors turn up for training with a suitcase and a paperback under their arms - reading has not died away, even if it is on Kindle or similar.

Here are two more books your boss may not be so pleased to see you read:

Books your Boss Doesn’t Want you to Read II

Here are another two books your boss doesn’t want you to read - that at Enigin we enjoy reading and encourage Enigin Partners and Enigin Distributors to read.

Books your Boss Doesn’t Want you to Read I

At Enigin many us enjoy reading, particularly by entrepreneurs who have overcome many challenges to succeed, or others who have found a method that works well for all businesses.

We encourage many Enigin Distributors to read the same books, or let us know of similar writings that they have enjoyed and have been a benefit for them in running a business.

But here is a list of books your boss wouldn’t want you to read - some reveal the corporate underbelly or explain how you can get ahead without your manager’s blessing. Others encourage behaviour that, while fun and profitiable for you, are guaranteed to drive your manager nuts.

ENIGIN POSES THE QUESTION ‘No Fuel, like an old Fuel’?

posted by enigin in General

I half heartedly agree with that. Halfheartedly because the ‘Old Fuel’ (play on words naturally) conjures up those roaring crackling fires of yesteryear that would spark into life and warm and unite the family group trying to keep warm on a cold and frosty night.

The fuel that would smoke its way into the atmosphere billowing up through the chimneys of every house in every land chocking the environment and effortlessly moving towards the ozone. All of this was complete oblivion to us ‘Old Fuel’ users, the need to stay warm was our only consideration.
