ENIGIN POSES THE QUESTION ‘No Fuel, like an old Fuel’?

I half heartedly agree with that.  Half heartedly because the ‘Old Fuel’ (play on words naturally) conjures up those roaring crackling fires of yester year that would spark into life and warm and unite the family group trying to keep warm on a cold and frosty night.  The fuel that would smoke its way into the atmosphere billowing up through the chimneys of every house in every land chocking the environment and effortlessly moving towards the ozone.  All of this was complete oblivion to us ‘Old Fuel’ users, the need to stay warm was our only consideration.  So in the  Old days one of  the only fuel sources open to us was a fuel that was doing irreparable damage, but one we were completely unaware of.  However, we now know we must help the planet to ensure it survives and live in the constant knowledge that what actions we take affect everyone that wants to preserve a  future for the their families and generations to come.  So I am very proud to be working within a company that takes this issue extremely seriously and is involved in direct action to help that very important task at hand.  Enigin wants to help everyone be very aware of the immediate changes that need to be made to not only help the Planet and address the Greener issues of the day, but to help just as importantly, your pocket and reap the savings that will benefit you immediately.  Working at Enigin has made me a lot more aware of personal ways to save energy and of course in turn save me money, and with a large family to support that is a very real issue for me.  I feel a better person for doing my little bit as I am sure everyone that recycles, and reduces their energy consumption feels.  Central Heating has meant instant heat and hot water, no more boiling kettles for your warm bath in front of the roaring fire that took four attempts to light then coughed smoke into the whole of the house then settle down to warm just the one room..  To feel warm wherever we went within the house was sheer luxury to some that had never had it but now taken for granted to the young who have known nothing else.  But we were ignorant as to the amount of energy we were using, but  Enigin have developed the technical know how to show you how to  reduce the waste of energy and I’m sure we  would agree, none of us would willingly waste our own energy supplies so why waste energy that is costing you money, even more reason to question ‘No Fool, like and Old Fool’ get informed and don’t be fooled into believing you know it all.

ENIGIN OBSERVES A SURGE!

Here at Enigin we are very well placed to have a panoramic view over the rooftops of St Austell.  Being high on the hill which then decends into the town of St Austell we benefit from the fantastic scenic view of the sea in the Spring, Summer and Autumn to the magic lights of the town in the dark Winter months.  At Enigin we proudly inform, help and assist in the conservation of energy and cost savings related to that field, but all caution goes to the wind at this time of year when the Festive season is upon us.  Where normal sane and rational people, who would, as a rule, look for anyway to save money now quite blatently throw it away.  But this is of course not frowned upon but greeted with awe and wonderment, yes these people are the ones who each year go that one step further adding one illuminating feature after another to light up their houses for Christmas.  They will go to any lengths to outdo their neighbours and have the everyday man, woman, child and dog in the street stand and marvel at their quite magnificent spectacle which is quite frankly likely to be in the worst taste possible.  When did illuminating trains and inflatable Bart Simpsons become festive?  I seriously have missed a page or two in the whole meaning of ‘and they followed the brightest star that led them to….’ well quite obviously no 32 in my street if their display is anything to go by.  They proudly stand surveying their magnificent array of lights leaving them to dazzle at night and blind motorists coming down the street, but also during the day to help  glare in the Bus Drivers windows.  The cost of keeping these bulbs aglow is  of no consequence to the main showman who will stand proudly by while his electric meter greedily eats into his New Year bill getting fatter by the second.  Please dont for minute think I am a ‘Bah humbug’ type of person, nothing could be further from the truth, but I would like to think I have a modicom of taste and sense.  Taste in that a decorative tree decked with sufficient lights to glow not to bring down the national grid, and sense to know I will be able to afford my next electric bill.  But dont be disheartned all you people loving your public christmas displays, dont feel too bad that Santa cant park his sleigh on your roof because you already have your inflatable santa in situ and 700 lights blowing your energy ‘thru the roof’ we will always be here doing our bit to help save energy and secure a cheaper fuel bill for anyone that wants this on their wish list from Santa?

I can hardly believe Cornwall is in the grip of winter as the sunshine is streaming into the Enigin Offices.  Enigin Reception is superbly placed to take full advantage of any natural light and sunshine the elements may bestow upon us.  Surrounded by large glass windows, our open plan reception plays host to the many who visit our offices, where they are greeted by the magnificent 50″ televisual display that has become a star celebrity in its own right.  Whilst I happily greet all visitors to Enigin their eyes constantly transfixed on the colourful and informative Enigin display which has now become a paparazzi feature.   Our many partners and distributors have rarely left their training week without taking souvenir shots of our ‘Enigin Celebrity’.  I can only image how ‘A’ list celebrities must feel, i.e. Madonna and Beckham at being paprazzied wherever they go and finding it an intrusion and annoyance.  Where as our  ’Celebrity’ continues to always looks its best, never complains, and never uses large amounts of energy to show its worth.  In fact Saving Energy is where it Shines!
